7.4% body fat 45.5% muscle
Overall doing well. Starting to see more definition in my abs and the back and abdomen fat appear to be less. Started lifting so I am feeling leaner and stronger than before. Still would like to hit 165 and 7% body fat.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Wow, 7.4% body fat is awesome! I am a 6' female and I can't imagine weighing what you do and you are almost a half foot taller than me. Sounds like your goal is to gain a little with muscle, but your weight will still be equal to what my goal is. I bet you look great! :)

You bet. It feels great and I would never have imagined I could reach this weight let alone maintain it effortlessly. Primal eating is the key for me and once you master that approach your body will just naturally follow along. My weight is so stable its freaky. But one I step out of my primal bounds and eat the (SAD) standard American diet I soon bloat up 5 to 10 lbs in the span of just a few days. Its amazing. You can get lower than you think!
