I had (vegan) pizza last night but I still see a loss. Awesome. Still probably mostly water weight. Still breaking out in hives almost daily, so that hinders my motivation a LOT. Especially to exercise. Not that I have time to anyway, with work, school, and packing. Ugh. So much homework....

Going to try another healthy day. Abs are made in the kitchen, right?
146.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have no idea, but I'm sick of them. I had a really BAD breakout last night/this morning. I am going to try cutting gluten longer than a few days to see if that improves it...
