I've been laying off the bread and snacking on fruits and veggies. I've lowered my meat consumption, and been sticking mostly to chicken. Hubby had a pizza the other night and I didn't make one for myself! Whooo hoooo!!!
Need to find different ways to eat cucumbers, made cucumber lemon strawberry water, very refreshing! Must keep this up!
