Down 9oz. Feeling much better with antibiotics, but it's slow. I expect to be back to work for Monday.

The grocery shopping left us with lots of 100 cal treats. Now that we have this fancy kitchen, I think we should be making small batches of homemade granola bars etc and save some processes food from my syst. Or vice versatile.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
