Yeah for me!!!!

I finally broke through that elusive barrier. Now if I can maintain for a couple of days it will be on to the next goal.
299.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi. Congratulations on your weight loss! You are doing awesome. I am from Fredericksburg, VA. Looking at your screen name I assume you are too. If you are, do you have any good tips on healthy places to eat or things to do to stay active, especially with two young boys? Good luck to you.
