day 3 of 3 day stall plan
I'm doing ok, kind of bummed out with the scale/little evil box on the floor though...but I held it together. Especially since I did pack my lunch last night for today and there is nothing off my plan to eat in the apartment! AND I didn't want to stop at the store on way in to work. So here is giving myself some love and encouragement. Hang in there Joyce you are doing OK, it is OK, it will be OK. Take it one day, one meal, one moment at a time :-) and it is MY TIME, Time for me to be nice to me so I have to get back into the mind set that junk food (although it may have instant gratification) is EVIL for me.
