I declare a victory! I weighed myself after I drank my coffee so I weighed my second cup of coffee and will decree that I lost just under a pound.
Will weigh again on May 1 to compare to last year - fingers crossed I can get down to 163.5 by then!
Working on the "food in the fridge" plan - calculated all the food I have and will add 1 day worth each day. The list is on my April 23, 2018 page with some slight variations due to leftovers last week.
Does this happen to you - I seem to have extra lids in my tupperware drawer and no idea where the containers went. I mean I have more than 10 extra lids. It's a mystery.
Thai food last night after we worked out at the gym - I wish I would have had a beer instead of the rice but next time! I was suffering from what my friends said was an ocular migraine where I had swirling vision. I drove ok to the restaurant but was having a hard time reading the menu even with the granny glasses on. I get regular migraines but I had never experienced last night's phenomenon of aura with no pain. I ate ok and felt fine after I ate so I am hoping that won't happen again.

If both your eyes were affected it's probably nothing to worry about. If it was only one you should see a doctor. Congrats on the loss!

Good advice Doobrie. A friend just had similar problems due to eye problems.

those lids though!!! I too have this problem.. lol likewise I am a Migraine sufferer and often times get the aura migraine, it can be a zig zaggy lines in the eyes once they stop and my vision comes back I get a massive headache from the depths of hell, or so it feels. anyways make sure your hydrated well. I have several migraines and zig zaggy lines in eyes are due from dehydration 7/10 times for me. keep safe and healthy have a great day.
