1494 kcal Fat: 44.85g | Prot: 151.34g | Carb: 190.31g.   Breakfast: plum tomato, small curd cottage cheese. Lunch: Chicken and Veggie Pockets, Ginger Carrot Asian Dressing, lettuce, onion, chicken breast, agave, daisy light sour cream, strawberry awake, calidad chips, picante, almond dream. Dinner: frozen corn great value, broccoli cheese fat free, chicken breast, yukon potato, blue bonnet margarine. Snacks/Other: bakery cream puffs, great value raditorie pasta, almond dream, nesquik, Fiber Plus Kelloggs, velveeta cheese slices. more...
