Things that worked yesterday: not eating until 2pm, keeping grains to a minimum. things that didn't go so well: walking. got a short walk in, but went slow and easy, so not as much activity as i had been getting in previous day's. still a small loss, still under 164 for the week
163.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
