Day 3 of 4 day diet And I'm doing ok. I got through day 2 dinner which is not my fav so that is a good thing. Yes I was tempted but fortunately I don't have a lot of options in my frig/house at the moment! And I didn't stop anywhere on my way home from work so that is a good thing.
Yes I know the scale/little evil box on the floor, does show a little up/down here and I realize weighing every morning is probably not the best idea, but it works for me, at least for now. Todays lunch is very tasty and satisfying. The only thing I would miss is over eating because it tastes so good and also I have to watch myself tonight. I am looking forward to dinner though. JUST make a mental note to myself to go directly home, no stop anyplace!
I listened to the youtube 30 day self hyp on weight loss last night again and seems to relax better this time (night 2) so I guess I can understand why he says to give it 30 days. I can't remember who on here suggested it, but I really like the one I found.
