Beginning three week 20 carb/day challenge.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1124 kcal Fat: 69.06g | Prot: 76.39g | Carb: 49.66g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Calorie Free Sweetener. Lunch: Rotissorie chicken breast, Arugula Lettuce, avocado, rice wine vinegar, slivered almonds, olive oil, black sesame seeds, tamari, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: asparagus, Sliced Smoked Nova Salmon, capers, Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other: club soda, Fume Blanc Wine, Red Raspberries. more...
