Beginning three week 20 carb/day challenge.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1124 kcal Fat: 69.06g | Prot: 76.39g | Carb: 49.66g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Calorie Free Sweetener. Lunch: slivered almonds, black sesame seeds, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, rice wine vinegar, Arugula Lettuce, Rotissorie chicken breast, avocado, olive oil, tamari. Dinner: asparagus, Cream Cheese, capers, Sliced Smoked Nova Salmon. Snacks/Other: Red Raspberries, Fume Blanc Wine, club soda. more...
