Wow! I can believe by eating just over 2600 cal w/ v.lite exercise I'm almost losing a pound a day. http://www.caloriesperhour.com/ got me started and FatSecret web, phone, & igoogle gadget polished it off. I love the phone app that scans a food bar code; its spot on 98% of time. All I have to do is modify my serving size. I hope and need to keep this journey for life. I have not been able to do it solo. Tx FatSecret.
