About to hit 40 pounds lost soon! WOW! I'm still focused. And even though I have my rough days and days where I screw up and want to quit, I keep remembering about what I promised myself, which was that I would never quit and this time is for GOOD until I reach my goal weight.

Cheers to the weekend!
370.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 190.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
