I would count yesterday as a win. got about 3 miles of walking in, plus didn't eat till 2pm, so had hunger grumblings for about 4 hours. I figure I need 4-5 hours a day to lose a pound a week. I did eat 2 cookies that had grains. So not perfect, but a win. now time to win today.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
