Has been a horrible week - power went out at 5:15 or so Friday eve...'Becca and I toughed it out for two days, but gave up on Sunday, and moved into Liza's home until power came back on. Did not hope to lose anything - just hoped to stay "even", what with 4th of July event and no say in food served (or MUCH say anyway) So am tickled that weight actually went down a "smidge".
224.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
