Overslept this morning - must be really tired. Hopefully my day will be a little less stressful than normal. Lots of people from work are on vacation this week, so things should slow down a bit. Off to make my coffee (devil's brew)and get the day started - albeit slowly. Great day to all!
212.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 July 2012:
1352 kcal Fat: 87.12g | Prot: 84.30g | Carb: 36.69g.   Breakfast: grape tomatoes, mushrooms, kirkland egg product, splenda, coffee, egg, bacon. Lunch: ground beef 80/20, grape tomatoes, olive oil & vinegar dressing, athenos feta, carrots, romaine. Dinner: ground beef, shredded cheese, red bell peppers. Snacks/Other: merlot, vita gummies, almonds. more...

You're doing great! Hope the day is less stressful for you and you can take a breath. It's nice when things are calmer at work, summer is our slow time too. BTW, I need my "devil's brew" in the morning too, LOL!
