meh.
Like my flood damage, weigh in could have been worse. A LOT worse.
But.. just trying to keep it real and honest. I did better yesterday..actually was able to shop for eating supplies and should be on track for the rest of the week. And a wacky week it is. Mother's Day.
Sunday's weigh in should be better. :)
320.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will be better. Glad you were able to get out and restock. And I know that it is a very stressful week and weekend with Mother's DAy, but take your snacks and don't let the stress get to you. TAke a quick walk around the shop, stop and smell the roses :), and remember that the pay off for controlling the urge to eat is HUGE!! Not only in weight, but in the ability to prove to ourself that you can get through a stress filled day, weekend, week without going on an eating jag! I know you can do it. I'll be anxious to see how much you lose come Sunday. :D
