Ugh...

What can you do but just pick yourself up and try again!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Scales are evil! hang in there and you might be surprised. I had a gain last week but lost it and more this week, so if you just keep at it, it will happen for you!
