I wonder how much of this week is because I'm sick. Can't be all of it - moving houses has been a lot of 'housework' this last few days... A real workouts worth. I would be resting more (just got antibiotics for a RI) but there is so much to do, and I didn't realize how sick I was until the doc visit this morning.

Goal: start planning for breakfast. I rarely eat it.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
