I've been offline for a while now, and this is clearly evident that when I don't track my eating patterns and weight, that all goes awry. Back on the bandwagon now, and have a goal of dropping down to 75kg's within the next 2 months.

God be with me!!! :-)
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
