I'm going back on the Phase I of the diet for a couple of weeks to get the loss going again. Glad I haven't had a big gain, because I have been eating a lot. We'll see how much good another 5lbs does.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

You have to remember that on Curves Diet you need to eat those 5 mini meals a day. The key is eating the snacks(just watch what you eat for snack.) I am on maintenance and still have a hard time with eating my afternoon snack.
