Greetings my Buddies:

Happy weekend. I am almost feeling 100% now that my allergy attack has passed. I am still cycling carbs - yesterday was a high total carb day of 50grams - so we shall see if it was too much for the day or not when I hit the "Idiot Box" in a few days. I lost more weight in May than I did in April so the cycling seems to be effective.

Carbs become sugar in the end and it sets up cravings so I need to be careful what I choose to eat on the high total carb days.

Happy to be regular back at the gym!

@Buffy - yes, I always seem to experiment to see what my body will do with different things - carb cycling has been interesting with one high day mixed in with a few low days every week.
