I've been feeling lazy when it comes to doing my exercises. So today, as a as start, I'll begin the 200 squat 30 day challenge. No skipping days. No more excuses. This is my life. Want to feel FAB in 30 days :)
163.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
