I wondered where you were lately...always welcome here! 

Stop swearing and just make some healthy choices on Superbowl Sunday. Try drinking a fiber drink before you go to that super bowl party this way you fill up and don't consume so much fating foods. Cut the number of beers you consume and add a little extra time on that treadmill in the morning before you go to that party. Come on guy I'm hear to tell you that I will not accept any more excuses for cheating on your diet. Think about you wife and kids before you eat something unhealthy. Now I have gotten of my soap box and have nothing else to say, but I support and love that you were on the loss track, don't loose the momentum now!!!! (Smile just some tough love from Florida)  

Food addict. LOL Have fun at the Super Bowl party. Not too much fun. :) 

Thanks for the kick in the pants Transformation Butterfly. OK, superbowl is done and now more events for a while.  

Most of us blew it on Sunday. No sweat. 

Superbowl at my house: 2 millers, 2 shots of brandy, 1 shot of tequila, 2 cranberry and grain, 2 slices of pizza, 5 wings, 1 potatoe skin, nachos with guac and plenty other toppings and a diet coke because I am watching my weight. 

LOL Ches - thanks for the chuckle. Back to the grindstone my friend! :) 

I KNOW this story of the Superbowl party very well. Ask me HOW I know! ;) Welcome back Ches. Those stairs at your office are calling your name!
