I am now past my first goal!!!! This is a big deal for me cause I rea can't rem the last time I weighed this much!!! So now I am going to lower my goal to 150 and see if I can get there
172.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
