Hey my Buddies!

Happy Friday! Gratefully, I am not working today....but I am on my way to
Orange Theory Fitness for a good sweaty, workout!

I also went to
OTF Wednesday for the pre-feast "Burn the Turkey" workout!

Yesterday, we had a good day with close friends - I had a full plate; but no dessert. I felt like I did OK but my stomach was so FULL - in fact, I still feel full this morning!

I cannot believe I used to eat that way DAILY in the past.

How did you do yesterday?

I feel like I did pretty well. We went to my Aunt's and they had snack food out. I had a little but since the turkey was taking so long to cook I went into the other room to call my dad. =) Overall not too bad. I tried to gauge the food I was putting on my plate by size.

You did awesome! I did great...no breads, stuffing, mashed potatoes, or gravy. Before dinner I had 1 ounce of cheese, 1 ounce summer sausage, 1/2 stalk of celery, and 1 Ritz cracker. I had about 4 oz of turkey, salad, 6 brussels sprouts, and 1 ounce of sweet potatoes. For dessert, I made a low carb, sugar free, 3 layer pumpkin dessert. IA did taste 1 teaspoon of pecan pie... ;)

Baby didn't leave me much room to over-eat this year.. :( But I did have 2 half-slices of pie (1 pumpkin, 1 pecan) loaded with whipped cream - don't even feel bad about it! :) Great job continuing the workouts!
