Ok,
I managed all goals I had by now. When I signed in for fat secret I wanted to loose weight and run a 5k. I am 3kg away from the goal I set, but that doesn't matter, since I had no idea that I would build up that much muscle. So 3kg is pretty hard, if not even too much. I will gove that a try in a couple of months, but not now, since I will do a pilgrimage in a month and probably will need some fat, since I only have 19% body fat.

Now I completed a half marathon. So I need new goals.

MY BIG RUNNING GOALS:
In may I want to do the "Fishermans friend strongmanrun". But that is no real "big" goal to me (anymore), since it will only be a little harder than the half marathon and I didn't feel tired after the half marathon.

I want to do an other half marathon. This time I want to beat a certain time. Half marathon in under 2:00h would be nice! Or 2:05h.

"BODY"-GOALS
1) I quit smoking (again) last week. Now I am scared of gaining weight again. So that is the mainmainmain goal!! Maintain weight. I will keep on jogging and try to avoid chocolate.

2) For the next weeks I want to build up some strength. I must do abs and upper back and I want to train my bum.
My lower back is super strong, 190% of "healthy", my abs are at 160%. So I must train them to have a better ratio. My upper back is too week, so I definately must train that!
I will do a pilgrimage for 4 weeks from end of october, so I should take it easy. I need some fat for that trip, since I am quite slim already. So weightloss isn't the plan for untill after the pilgrimage.

3) Six pack. I want to have a six pack. Since the half marathon won't be until spring (march-June) 2015, and the Strongmanrun will be in May, I will set the sixpack goal within the next months. But only after doing my pilgrimage, so sometime around christmas or in January.
