Not lost anything this week but I'm not surprised why. I have not beed bad but not been strict either. Had a big week of family stuff ending with a bbq yesterday. Stuck to all of my rules apart from low carbs. This month my family goes vegan and only eat once a day. Its somthing we do every year to make us apprecaite the things we get in excess all year round. Also no alcohol. I'm going to make this month mine and really work on all these things I've been putting off.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that sounds like a great idea. its good to remind ourselves sometime how gluttonous we can be. also to be reminded of the simple things in life. a delicious fruit salad. baked veg. big salads. popcorn. so good. also an alcohol free month is great. i do fit feb each year. i do struggle as i love my drinks but its still a good goal.

Exactly. It make us realise how little we really actually need. Yeah I'm not a huge drinker but when i met up with friends it will be for a cocktail but thoes shugar calories are so uneseccary. Fit feb looks very good. I may do that next year. x
