I have been failing to log all of my food. Most mornings I enter my breakfast and sometimes I get lunch or more in the log, but I really have to do better about that. That really makes all the difference.

I have been doing well with exercise, although, probably because I have not been eating so well, I don't have that healthy powerful feeling that I want.

I know how to get it, I just have to do it!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you have time at night I'd suggest logging for the next day. I try and log/plan my meals the day before so all I have to do is change things if plans change. Just an idea, good luck!!!
