I made this low carb pizza for lunch today. I sort of had my doubts but OMG.
Even Dale ate half of it. the crust was 5 eggs beat with a whisk. add a 2 cup bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. blend well, put on baking pan with parchment paper. bake for 10 minutes at 400. then when golden add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and some more cheese and top with pepperoni. turn oven up to 450 and bake another 10 minutes. that crust is just great.

Get the bar code scanner app. That should allow you to scan food/drinks I would think!

Just finished making pizza...I have a picture of it and it looks great taste on a scale 1-10 gets and 8 from me....I never give a 10 , so 8 is very delicious. I posted total cals 1201,,fat 82.12..crbs14.58..prot..97.12. of course i could eat it all but I will save half till lunch tomorrow.....thank you for making a pizza lovers day. it was really fast from start to finish....now going to eat.

Glad you enjoyed the pizza, I really liked it. don't worry about the carbs or calories because this was from the 2 week challenge from the LCHF diet. so all the meals are low carb, and are for 2 servings. so just eat half or either share. I made the crust in a 10" cake pan.

That was yummy!! I substituted all of the mozzarella cheese for the crust with 1 cup extra sharp white cheddar and 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan and 1/4 cup fresh grated Romano cheese, and grated half a clove of garlic into the egg/cheese mixture, blended it up into a food processor before baking the crust the first time...then just used shredded mozzarella on top of the crust...the harder cheeses have 0 carbs...but the flavor it added was great!!
