As time goes on here, you can buddy some, that you think can help. The buddying usually helps ties some to buddy challenges on the site.

Well... LCHF seems to work for many bigger sized people, but maybe for a slimmer person like yourself, Calories In Calories Out CICO might work? Or exercise? No clue... You have a body I could never have... Lol

best and safest way to figure out anything about diet and exercise relating to weight loss is to talk to your doctor. UNLESS you know your body well and have done it all before and simply want to go back to how you used to look. example: I know from having done body building during college, and now martial arts, that my body acts certain ways with certain diets and reacts well to certain exercises compared to others. If you DON'T know this about your body, find a LICENSED personal trainer at a gym and have a consult session AND/OR talk to your doctor. NO ONE ELSE will ever be able to give you proper advice. Especially not without your medical history.
