Good luck here and on your diet. There are many here, who can help you with good advice.

It takes time and sorting out what will work. Do the simple things. The first thing I always suggest is get rid of caloried beverages. Any kind of potato chips or crackers should follow. I'd also suggest you log all your foods every day. Being mindful of what you eat is always #1.

Sorry, I should have looked at your weight history before I posted that. Obviously you know what will work. Go back to doing what you did. I know it sucks to start over, but here we are.

Thanks all! I was doing SOOOO good a year ago. I was down to 260 and rolling along. Just not sure where I gave in...

It's ok we all have struggles! Just try to keep in mind that this a marathon not a sprint! Just get back to thinking positive!

Shame has no place here, just as you wouldn't want your daughters to feel ashamed of their bodies. Just feel proud about getting back in the groove towards improving your health for yourself and for your family!
