So I did a fun confidence booster tonight. I calculated my BMI from my start weight and then my BMI for my current weight. Yes I am still considered obese but my start BMI was 53.3 and my current is 44.6 and dropping. So yay for small victories. That’s a BMI drop of 8.7! Woot woot!

Excellent job! 🙋🏻And tomorrow’s assignment is to measure and compute how many inches you have dropped? The day after? Sizes? LOL all of these Non Scale Victories are part if why we keep it up!🙆🏻‍♀️ Big hugs!
