Yippee! The weekend is over and we are up and going again. It was a successful weekend by my standards. Today is a warmup after a couple days of cold. Everywhere I look, daffodils are blooming. It was a very strange winter with absolutely no snow. Nothing lifts your spirits like a sun shiny day. I am holding on to my low carb plan and hope it carries me through the day. I got up this morning thinking about toast or a bagel, but settled for 2 eggs and cottage cheese! Let's dig in and get the job done, buddies!
