I fast everyday and eat one large meal. Though the weight is coming off on ounces is coming down a little every single day. I finally found an approach that is working for me. I eat keto. I was eating whatever I wanted while doing one meal a day and I was only able to maintain my weight. Switching to ketogenic has made all the difference in the world. Today is day five. I've lost 2.6 so far. I'm super happy!
227.4 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am 100% with you! I've been following Keto 2 weeks now. I have been fat and type 2 diabetic most of my life. The experts told me to eat 45 carbs a meal and snacks of 15 carbs. Now I eat 20-25 carbs a day, feel better then I ever had and my sugars for these last 2 weeks are normal. Yeah Keto!

Keto normalizes hormone levels, and for some people that makes all the difference.
