Whats every one having for lunch today ? Share your ideas! Today I decided to treat myself right so Ive got 2 devil eggs and 6 pc bacon for breakfast, veggie crudite and hummus for am snack and 4 large buffalo chicken meatballs choc full of veggies with a side of blue cheese for lunch, then fish tacos for dinner make using my jicama tortilla loaded with a low carb slaw.. MMMMM .. Have a great Monday everyone !! Time to kick a$$ and take names !

I really like tuna and so a tuna salad meal has always been a good go-to for me but it was rather lacking in the fat department. I've taken to making a weeks worth of tuna salad at one time and meal prepping but I'm adding 2 tbps of MCT Oil to each serving.. I use a stand mixer and will put in 8 cans of fully drained tuna, some celery, relish, mustard (grey poupon) and some cilantro. I also pour in a full cup of MCT oil but I imagine you can use any room temperature liquid oil. 434 calorie meal (31f/48p/0.3c).

You caught me on an odd day. My brother got me a smoker for Christmas so I put a 6 pound briskett in it this morning at 10am and it should be out around 4pm. I am planning on pairing it with a Loaded Cauliflower Mac and Cheese recipe from fakeginger.com

Chicken salad on a bed of greens (which included carrots, onions, raisins & tomatoes) with a little creamy Italian dressing. I also, had a small naan bread (home-made).
