I had a piece of pepper jack cheese with my steamed broccoli last night it was great. I saw that you are on the atkins, I buy atkins protein shakes and the protein bars they are really good.

When I add a protein shake I buy protein isolates with the least fat possible. Atkins is ok Carb restriction is the way to go, but cutting out fats where possible (even if it is a secondary concern) also helps.
Adding olive oil to anything while dieting is a bit dumb lol. Take two fish oil per day and fugetaboutit lol.

Drop the butter too if you can. That is 100 calories for a slice I believe. Look how small that is. Fill your belly with 100calories of cheese instead. Larger volume for the same calories.
