Thanks y'all. Wore different shoes lastnight. Other than the well earned blister I gained on the back of my heel I feel great out there! I can actually breathe like a normal moving person does. It's weird, but lastnight before I went to bed I actually felt healthier. As I layed there breathing I felt like all the air I was taking into my lungs was actually reaching every fiber of my being. What a wonderful feeling!

That is awesome!! I bet if you were tracking your resting heart rate, you'd see that you've dropped 4 or more beats per minute...that will really add years to your life as well as make day to day activity so much easier...well done, proud of you!!
