Trying not to get frustrated with the slow downward movement of my scale...My clothes are feeling looser though so I'm hopeful for a drop tomorrow! I am really finding this app helpful for keeping me accountable. Thanks to all of you folks on this journey as well, you are keeping me motivated!

Sometimes the scale isn't the only positive results sign...many people also record measurements, and lots call it NS...ugh...something...lol...I'm bad with names AND abbreviations...can anyone help..lol. Non-Scale (forgot the third word).
