Well this mornings weigh-in was ok, only 0.4 lb up,,, I am loath to step on scale tomorrow morn after my 2400 plus calorie Thanksgiving feast. I'll have to eat super light next couple days and play catch up. Oh wait, I have an idea. I'll accidentally forget to weigh in for a couple day. Yea, that's the ticket. :-)
