Just a little slip of your climbing spikes JMB. Sharpen them suckers up & let's get on back to doing what you do. You got this brother. I got faith in you. I know you are destined to reach the peak of this mountain. You are an inspiration to us all. Without those little challenges that knock us back, we wouldn't respect the difficulty in the task we are actually accomplishing.

Glen's all in. The whole gangs coming along for the climb. We band of climbers of mountains are going to the peak. It's only a matter of time & math from here friends. We all must focus on that peak. It's OK to look down & see how far you've come, but never lose focus of that peak. Our destiny lies on that peak. Our success will be determined by getting the team to the peak. Onward & upward gang! Onward & upward!

Just go back to what you've been doing. Yesterday is gone. Look forward.

You'll do it. You did it before and you'll do it again. 1-2 pounds is not a worry--it can be muscle, water or the scale itself. Just get back to making better food choices.

Keep up what you have been doing and it'll come off in no time. Probably just water.

Thank you friends. I'm not down on myself, just realistic as to the cause of the gain. Working hard outside today digging in edging around the gardens so that's some good physical activity , and planning on doing some porkloin slowly smoked on the grill in a bit. Will probably enjoy a beer or a shot later too on the deck by a fire. Just enjoying life right now, going to keep the calories where they need to be even though macros will be off for the day, and enjoying the beautiful day that has been given, in the DC area anyway. It's a crazy world we live in so when the good Lord presents such a nice day it's best not to waste it. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
