Hello, everyone! Hope you are well. Not much to say today, just kind of stressed out because I had a lot to do and I have to go to bed early tonight. I need to get up early and travel to my doctor again. This will be the 10th exam in the last 6 weeks. Hoping that he tells me that I am well and I won't have to go back until January.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My doctor thinks that my stress actually triggered a dormant virus that is now in remission. I've downloaded a few free Kindle books about stress and started reading one of them. :)

Better cautious than ignoring the issue. Hopefully, that virus will stay in remission. Good luck reducing stress. Stay positive! Losing over a pound a week is great. Good for you!
