DAY 9 of BEING who *I* want to be by DOING what *I* say *I* will do!

I kicked my own butt DAY 8 by pushing TOO hard so I wont make that mistake again! It cost me a DAY of being who I want to be because I was too beat up to do much of anything the next day.I will take my own advice to NOT push myself TOO hard but to PUSH myself each day :)
Sooooo. WHAT did *I* DO? I drove to the library & checked out some books!!! I had read a few comments on fs & thought I might check out what more info I could find out on the subject......I watched my daily episode of HEAVY & Johnny decided he wanted to learn culinary nutrition & I too decided that IS a great thing to get into :) ....... my amazing Son & his beautiful wife came to visit as they were in town :) & after me telling of my progress in my Transformation Journey he tells me that they have some workout clothes they want to give me!!! Tears flooded to the rims of my eyes :) His smile was so broad it almost covered his whole gorgeous face LOL..... It was a *wonderful* way to end my no workout day!
But,TODAY is another day that *I* am BEING who *I* want to be by DOING what *I* say *I* will do! :)
