ShyGuy's Journal, 19 October 2014

Lately, I've been checking out some Korean recipes, on a website I discovered a few weeks ago. A lot of the food is low carb compatible, and all of it is delicious; one of my favorites being kimchi. I'm even considering combining Seoul, as in Seoul, Korea, food, with Soulfood; which I have a lifetime of expertise in preparing. Specifically, I plan to make some collard green, or butternut squash kimchi, to pare up with Korean inspired hamhocks, or BBQed pigtails, and that's just for starters. As I work my way through the various recipes, I'll see if I can make some other substitutions. I love experimenting with food. :-)

i lived in South Korea for a few years. I love Kimichi. They make other vegetable dishes that i love too. Bibimbob is one of my favorites but not low carb. I usually get it vegetarian.
