Hello my FS friends, I have to tell you all, I sure do miss you. I have been so busy lately, it seems like forever since I have spoken with you all. As you know, I had a yard sale Saturday, but was to lazy to unload my truck, I went back on Sunday to try and sell what was left. I did okay, so now I really only have this one big yard sale coming up this Sunday, and that is with a lot of my grandmothers old furniture.
My eating habits this past weekend have not been so good, and I am getting that back under control somewhat. Anyway, I just wanted to check in and say hello, and to let you all know I haven't gone MIA. I am so proud of you all for sticking with your lifestyle eating habit changes. Keep up the awesome work you are doing. All my best !!!
