Hello hun!! I wanted to offer some advice based on my own experience if I may, to help you on your new weight loss journey :-). One thing that really helps me alot is to try and get my fibre levels over 25g a day through vegetables. Especially the green leafy types like, cabbage, lettuce & spinach, etc. I would say have a huge bowl of them with your usual meals. You should notice it makes a big difference in your cravings for sweet things and how satisfied you'll feel at the end of the day. :-)
