Started my yearly canning today. I made over 20 half pints of apple pie jam to give as Christmas presents. I'm looking for some fun new recipe's for canning to broaden what I already have. Plus it's just the 2 of us, how many jars of applesauce, rings, and pie filling do I need?

Tomorrow morning I am getting up and heading out on my 10 mile jog, I'm getting my ipod charged and my drink is already in the frig ready to go.
