I caved yesterday, I wanted a bagel with the kids so bad. I was able to stay pretty much at my calorie intake. I felt bad but not that bad. lol. Was SOOO good. no cream cheese or anything. Ive never been one to add all that, i just like the bagel. i still lost weight last night. we will see if i pay for it when i get on scale in the morning. Sometimes its delayed a little. Today im really hungry tho. I am not ususally very hungry on this diet. will be eating my shrimp early. already ate my apple today but it didn't cut it. maybe that's my payback :)

Mmmmmm, bagel! LOL. Did you enjoy a little of it for me? Haha...I ate a Chick-fil-a nugget today. Not even a rilled one. A FULL FAT GREASY FRIED nugget. Yes, this is all about being fit and eating healthy BUT we are all human and we need to live a little! It's only one day and one bagel. *hugs*

Wait, you ate a bagel but stayed within your calorie limit? Don't see the problem. You cannot gain fat in a calorie deficit. If you gain weight it is simply water which is not a bad thing.

yes I enjoyed. weight stalled today but its ok. I loved the bagel . just means it will take a little longer to get where I want. but I have the rest of my life, right?
