wtf!Ni I think my body is trying to maintain! Not now just 0.6 left!Why must my body maintain now, is it that it is too few calories? Fine I will give it a bit more Kcal today, ( PLEASE DEAR GOD LET ME NOT GAIN!). I will have to give it at least 700 Kcal today ( my bmr for weight loss is 1052 kcal )

Please help me!I can not start maintaining!Not now!

try and eat some more calories..it works for me and i usually switch things up, 2 days low 1 day higher 1 day low 2 days higher so my body doesnt adapt completely to a specific set of calories, remember that the human body is an adapting machine

Tried that have 1 kg to get off again. It won't be that hard I can get it off easily!

hi VeggiePower, keep your cals up to at least your BMR to maintain your muscle mass. If you drop below this your body will think it's in starvation mode and start to burn muscle for fuel. No point in losing weight if it's muscle that you're losing. You are already so petite so don't rush it or get obsessed with the scale...focus on HEALTHY, fit and your best shape, not the scale :) Good luck
