Morning All, today I am getting a very late start to the day. I have a million things to do and not interested in doing any of them. Yesterday was a pretty busy day for me (I actually did a lot of stuff). I am going to try and do the same today, but in all honesty, when I get up late then I feel like the whole day is screwed up.
Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed day !!!

I know how you feel about getting up late. What works for me is to adjust the plans for the time, then just get started on it. Sometimes getting started is the hardest part, but once that's done it gets better. Wishing you a quick start and a productive day!

I can empathize with you. I tweaked my back last night and had to take a muscle relaxant late. I think this is the first time I have slept more than 6 hours in a night and I feel like crap. One step at a time today and maybe we will get where we are going ;P

Enjoyment is key, not time. Time is endless. Hope you had a great day!

Good morning from Seattle! I can understand what you mean about getting up late, but look at it this way... More sleep = more weight loss. I Terry to get no less than 7 hours/ night. I'm not always successful, but I do feel better and lighter when I get more zzzz's. Look at the bright side and don't be so hard on yourself 😊 you'll have a productive day--you'll just have to go go go faster! 😉 kick butt today and remember-- you're great no matter what!
